2. Scope of Services
The Pimple Post Clinic is a specialized dermatology clinic focusing strictly on the diagnosis-first, structured treatment of active acne, acne marks, and acne scars. We do not provide relaxing aesthetic facials, generic cosmetic products, or quick, un-diagnosed skin fixes. All treatments are dermatologist-led under the direct supervision of Dr. Bansari Patel.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
To maintain structured patient flows and quality of care, the clinic enforces the following appointment guidelines:
- Diagnostic Focus: The first appointment is dedicated entirely to clinical diagnosis and skin analysis. No cosmetic procedures will be performed during this initial evaluation unless clinically required.
- Rescheduling: Patients are requested to notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Late Arrival: Late arrivals may result in shortened consultation times or rescheduling to protect other scheduled patient tracks.
